Description

American astronomer Edward Emerson Barnard cataloged the dark clouds he observed. At Barnard 174 we find a stunning dark fog in Cepheus. Dark fogs consist of interstellar material (gas and dust), absorbing and shining the stars from the light. B 174 is an active constellation region, and it is very cold at about -263 ° C. In the photograph, a starburst of a starburst of the Herbig haro and the top of the fog can be worn on the star.
